What size storage containers do you offer?
We currently offer 20ft x 8ft self storage containers.

Do you have smaller units available?
At the moment, no - our storage units are 20ft containers only.

How much does storage cost?
Prices start from £28 per week.

What do I need to pay upfront?
To secure your unit, we require:

Your first 4 weeks’ rent in advance
A £65 refundable deposit for the padlock and keys

Is the deposit refundable?
Yes - the £65 padlock and key deposit is fully refundable when you leave the unit and return the padlock and keys.

How do payments work after that?
After your initial 4-week payment, rent can be paid monthly or every 4 weeks in advance.

What do I need to provide to rent a container?
We’ll need:

Photographic ID
Proof of address
(such as a utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter)
We’ll also ask what you plan to store before sending over the contract.

How do I send my documents?
Documents and details can be sent to us by WhatsApp, making the setup process quick and straightforward.

How do I access my storage unit?
Once your contract, payment and documents are complete, we’ll set you up with access through our electronic gate.

How much notice do I need to give if I want to leave?
We ask for 10 days’ notice before vacating your unit.
